Key off-Door open-Headlights off-Dome on-WRONG!!

Okay! This might get a little long so bare with me....If you own a Camry you probably have the key off - door open- lights off- dome light on function, right?
From reading other post I am going to check my relay to get mine back in sync. Hope that cures my problem....
Here's my question....Is it possible that the relay can effect my acceleration?
I thought I had a bad tank of gas when my 93 camry started to sputter on acceleration. It cut out exactly 3 times from a stand still. Not 2 or 4 times always 3. And only from a complete stop. Never when I just slowed down and then accelerate.
So I ran a fuel cleaner through, with out much change.
Then the other day I was pulling out of the store and it literally almost "hopped" the three times...Almost like I had hydraulics! At the same time I heard a "crackling" sound in my dash. Shortly there after, my lights were staying on when I opened the door, and no dome light, or warning buzzer for my keys. Both lights only work manually at switch.
Am I crazy? Could my theory be possible?
Thanks

UPDATE!
Alright!
This morning it was very cold. Warmed her up for a few minutes. When I shifted to drive she started to bounce again. 3 to 4 times and after listening closer, it was more of a .."woosh..woosh..woosh..woosh" a definite air pushing sound somewhere in front of the drivers area.
Then everything smooth except no dome light, key buzzer, or headlights auto shut off. Although she complied once, out of the blue last night. Caught me off guard, so I tried again right away, no go..
WELCOME TO MY WORLD!

Definite electrical problem. Any "crackling" sound from under the dash is a bad sign. That sound may have been an electrical spark arcing from one wire to another. The cutting out and hopping is a sign that the ECU is getting mixed signals. The wooshing sound was maybe the cooling fans or the AC/heater blower turning on and off. Have it checked out right away.
