Ya im new to the sport and i am wondering what is a good all around 10 inch tire for a mini cooper that will handle pavement, loose gravel and dirt. and possibly where i can find them, thanks

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you entering performance rallying, navigational rallying, rallycross? Generally speaking guys that don't want to buy rally specific tires usually run snow-tires for gravel and a good summer tire for tarmac stages. However I wouldn't be too concerned about tarmac if you are rallying as you will rarely see it.
