and depends on the turbo,.....you need to look at the amount of hp it can handle, not boost.....

you can get 30-35 psi with a good tune!!!
go out and try it at 28 right now, that'll be great like 400whp woot woot? <-- only go 28 if yoru lookin for reliability.

you need to be a lot more specific....turbo size, goals, whats done to the engine, whats going to be done to it, how much you plan to spend.....etc
