Hey. got a 90 hatch and in the middle of painting the interior and just seen a show on tv that showed a car that looked like it was fiberglassed but they said they primmed it a shit load to build it up and sanded it then painted so it looked fiberglassed, all the primers i used it just cracks away because no flex in it......any ideas would be greatly appreciated....thanks

ive seen them selling paint thats especially for plastic and fibreglass that say they have 'more flexibility' i thought id try it out on my fibreglass sub box and it worked great. sorry i cant get you any more info on the brand right now, but just thought id let you know to keep your eye out for it

Yeah I have that paint right now its SEM, but i want some kind of primer that i can layer that will build up and sand down so u cant see the lines in the vinly to make it look like fiberglass with half the troubles......

oh well the paint line that i used had a primer as well and thats the primer i used. thats what i was talking about in my previoous post, the primer
