well i live in a suburd of Pittsburgh PA, and were getting our first big snow of the season right now...well i had to take a few friends home so I got to drive the stealth in it for the first time. Went pretty well actually considering the fact there was a good 2" of snow on the actual roads. I just hate the fact that people with trucks think they own the road when it snows and have to pass you...I almost got macked by some guy in a huge truck...just venting a little

nice lookin' stealth man, and I know what ya mean... maybe if you had an RT/TT you wouldn't have to worry about who had the better AWD capabilities

So it's actually freezing here in Texas. I think we just broke some kind of record, but who cares. I walked out to my car this morning to go to school, and I found that it was completely covered in ice. Seriously covered. As in my doors were frozen shut. But school got cancelled, and I was finally able to get into my car and heat it up. Just in time to go go-karting with some friends. Just to let you guys know...go-karts+lots of ice=FUN. We had a blast sliding his kart around our schools parking lot. We should have taken pictures. But the ice eventually started melting, and our fun was stopped. Seriously though...I had fun "drifting" my fwd 3000 around the parking lot. Hey, it works a lot better than sticking plastic trays underneath the back tires :P

precipitation in the form of aggregations of ice crystals falling to the ground in soft white flakes, or lying on the ground as a soft white mass. :)

And us guys with big trucks and 4wd get annoyed by you going 10-20 when we can go 55-60 with no problems. I passed about 15 cars on my way home from work yesterday.......its a 10 minute drive.
AWD doesnt automaticly give you great traction in the snow. You still needs good tires for the weather, and Ive got about 3000lbs on a 3S.

i see more SUV's and trucks in the ditch here in MN every year because thye THINK they are all that on snow... well you are great on snow but the second your ass touches a patch of ice you're 5500lbs goes wild and UR screwed. so dont get cocky.
I read somewhere that somebody in a VR4 pulled a truck out of the ditch in the snow... i laughed. I'd love to do that. see the look on the guys face as a sports/GT car pulls monster out of the ditch. classic

My mistake...I thought the anger was because he passed you, I didnt realize he was an ass about it and caused you to almost wreck. I only pass people when there is plenty of room, and I drive partially off the road / on the opposite shoulder so I give the other person tons of room.

We have meets in Monroeville a few times a year. We also get together at Pittsburgh Raceway. I'll have to let you know when the next planned event is.
