96 civic idle problems

hey whats up i have a 96 civic and it ilds up and down rapidly between 1500 and 1700 rpms i now with my code reader it cam back with idle air control valve circuit failure now i have replace the air idle control valve, i have replaced the intake manifold, i have checked for vacume leaks i was told to check if the radiator needed to be purged but i just bought a new radiator, i changed the tps sensor and the map sensor but both or the sensor were used, now when i start the car and pull the map sensor off the car ildes normal for a little bit then start to go up and down but not as bad or as fast please help any suggestions will help im stuck right now :banghead: and dont knw what to try next thanks
