I own an 88 CRX HF and recently purchased an 88 Integra RS I beleive the engine inside it is a D16a1. What do I need to put the integra motor inside rex? I've looked in hasport and found no swap kit. any help would be appreciated.

I know the A1 wont use your current mounts unlike most D series motors, and I'm unsure if anyone makes a mount kit. From what I'm heard, and found on specs, its not really worth it. The A1 is only rated at 113-118 hp, while the A6 has 108 hp and drops right in(im unsure if the HF CRX came with DPFI or MPFI, if its DPFI you have to do the MPFI swap, which you would have to do anyway), either way, the mounts are the same on your HF and the A6. I do know the pistons from the a1 are supposed to be pretty good in atleast the D16Z6, if not some of the other 1.6's.

D16a1 will not bolt in and you'd pretty much have to make your own mounts. IMO better just to leave it in the old RS.

The 88 HF is the lightest of the 2nd gen CRX. It is already mpfi but has a weak engine. If you do like Tony said and get a d16a6 (si engine) it will bolt right up, but use the Si intake manifold.
