Are These Two Related?

I just got a 98 Sunfire Convertible, yesterday, and today took it for my first maiden ride. All of a sudden the ABS light went on. After stopping at a store and returning, the light went out. Then, when driving, my right directional started blinking super fast. I checked it from outside and the rear directional wasn't working, so I thought I needed a bulb. When I just about got to the auto store to get the bulb, the directional was now fine. What's up? Any thoughts? I would be most grateful. thank you.

ABS light could be the wheel sensors.The turn signal could be the bulb.What is happening is that the filament in the bulb is burnt off but when you hit a bump it touches again and works.Try a new bulb.
