Hey im thinkin of buying the Pillar Gauge mount for PFYC.com and puttin in an air/fuel gauge, vaccum and voltage gauge. How difficult would this be to install? Any pointers would be great. Thanks in advance. Later.

only thing is finding a gromet already in the firewall. Other than that its pretty much a bolt/screw on deal. the pillar should fit pretty good from PFYC. I hav seen/installed a couple. the air/fuel & the vacum/volts gauge is ok.
I always thought an oil pressure, and transmission temp gauge would be nice. Just from an oil press gauge, you can usually tell if you're low, and since the trans in GA's is tempermental to heat it be nice to know whats going on in there too.

Thanks XI...i was thinkin about trans temp. I definitely want an Air/Fuel Ratio gauge. I dont know if im gonna go with the 3 pod or the 2 pod cluster. Havent decided yet. Probably wont be til late next week since im not paid til Thursday (i worked a TON of OT so its time to splurge). Ill prolly get the three with Volts, Air/Fuel and Trans Temp. I abuse my trans and itd be good to keep an eye on it. How difficult is a Trans temp to install? Thanks in advance. Enjoy the powder. Later

Well i hav the v6 auto, and I'm not sure. I thought thier was a place where the temp prob would go in the trans, but I really havnt looked into it to far. The manual trans is much better at handling the torque than the auto trans. All my clutches are burnt and I need this chain thingy replaced, and I dont even want to think about it till it completly dies. :evillol: Then I'll get into that, tedeous, time consuming work from what i hear.
Ya I hav been out in wonder land tonight. Hav some drifts in my drive that are 3-4' already, and its still snowing. :eek7:
