When i first start the car up in the morning, and kinda lean into it, the car seems hesitant to go..any idea why?

I am "hesitant to go" first thing in the morning too ;-P
But more seriously... Is it auto or manual? Is this the only time you notice the engine hesitate? What RPM was the engine at?

I'm sorry to say... I really don't know what could cause that...
At 5000 rpms you have to have a fair number of misfires to feel it stutter... And only when the engine is cold... I Dunno.

how cold is it outside, and how long are you letting the car warm up for???
If I dind't let my z warm up for long enough, the car would almost die when I tried to shift from 1st to second, no matter at what RPM... I'd have to push the clutch back in and wait for like another 30 seconds, and it'd be fine...

New spark plugs help with misfires, right?

actually, i went and checked it again..it does it pretty much through 1,2, and 3 gear not any specific rpm's either..it just stutter's. Im going to try and change the spark plugs and see if that helps, i changed the fuel filter since i thought that may have something to do with it. Would the injectors maybe have something do with it?

Nowthat makes a lot more sense!
Given that it only happens when you lean on the engine I would guess the problem was with the spark and not the fuel (otherwise the problem would be lack of power and not hesitation).
My guess is that you probably need new spark plug wires, but for the sake of price I would change out the spark plugs first and if that doesn't help change out the spark plug wires.

? Well, i havent changed the spark plugs, but i took off the TPS and it seemed to run great, it didnt misfire or anything, would that be whats wrong? i mean it ran great without the TPS but when i put it back on..it started stutterin again? what do u guys think?

took off the TPS? don't you need that for something? :-\
my TT does the same when I really push it around 5k RPMs. Im pretty sure its the wires and plugs, since the engine looks like it lacked so much maintance that it looks like no one ever checked the oil. ehhh its going into the garage for a month or so now anyway, im rebuilding a lot of it.
but my '92 auto did the same and it turned out to eb the wires and plugs. change them.

I just thought I'd mention the obvious quickly :) Your problem could simply be a boost leak so check your hoses
