1998 Escort ZX2 - Starter Problems

The problem started about a week ago, but since then I have been unable to resolve the problem. I went to start the car one morning and it had no power (no dash lights, headlights, and no noise whatsoever when you turned the key). The car can be jump started, but once you get it started and turn on the headlights or A/C (just those two things, everything else will run) the car immediately dies. I have just recently (1 month or so) replaced the battery, alternator, and starter. I have check the voltage & aperage in the battery and both are good, but when you insert the key no dash lights or anything comes on. Maybe there is something possibly wrong with the battery cables, or maybe something isn't grounded right. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure all connections are clean and secure.
Make sure the alternator belt is not slipping.

I'd say the alternator you put in is bad. If it were charging the battery then it shouldn't die when you turn on the A/C, etc.
I'm slightly confused that you say the battery is charged but you have to jump start it.
Next time you have it running then disconnect the battery. If the alternator is good then it'll keep running. If it dies then your alternator is bad.
When I worked in a shop we used something called a VAT. With the engine running it would put a load on the alternator to see what it was doing. Same machine can test the battery too. Don't know how you check amps on bettery but it needs load tested to see if it's really any good. AutoZone does that for free.
