Where to find PI?

My current Vic hit a median thanks to bad weather and a Jeep spinning out in front of me. Anyway insurance is paying blue book for it, which happens to be more then I paid for it :D. So, since it is a free car and I actually have $1000 left over for a down payment now I was considering getting a different Crown, a post 98 PI version. Where do I find these things? Auto auctions or what? Am I lucky enough that there is someone from the Rockford IL area on here? Thanks

P.S. I'm also looking for a lens for the right tail light on a 1994 Crown Victoria LX. Guess why? lol

Check Ebay for both the car and lens. find the cv area of fleabay and enter your zip code and how far you are willing to travel and it will show you whatever is in your area.
