ok, first my timing belt came off a couple of months ago and bent all of my valves...i put it in the shop because im not that good with cars, enough to do that anyways, and it was in there for like 2 months...i got it out finally and something is messed up. when i play my cd player, it will only work for like 5 min or so then turn off then back on, itll do it every few minutes. whenever i turn my car off, none of my lights work and no electric works either. when my head lights are on, i hit my brakes, then the dash and my headlights dim. every few days my battery goes dead too. i posted a while back and they told me to get a new alt. or bat. i did both and its still doing it..i noticed that a wire was hanging from the bottom of the car too when i changed the alt. it looks like the plug that goes to the oil filter part bit its a different one and its blue....or maybe black....i cant find any place to plug it in...does anyone know where it goes or what else could be wrong with my car?

Take it back to wherever you had the work done and tell them they screwed something up.

that plug that you are talking about most likely goes to your oil pressure sending unit either for the light or the gauge. It just slides on to the top of the stock oil sending unit. do you have an after market oil psi gauge?

no my oil guage is stock and there is one wire that goes to the front side of the oil unit but i couldnt find where the dangling one goes....it looks just like the one that goes to the oil unit though

it might go to the powersteering pump. there is a little nipple under the little elbow that is on top of the pwr steering pump
