header ?

What is the advantage of having an ceramic header over a stainles steel hader?

Or wich one is better?

the ceramic just keeps the heat in which is supposed to keep the exuast gas velocity higher. and it puts less heat on the radiator. i like the ceramic look better but if you get a stainless make sure you completly rub it down with alcohol and get all the fingerprints and oil/grease off before you ever start it or it will be stained for ever. but it will probably happen anyway.
