quick question. when i go to start my 98 t/a 6spd after 5 or 6 hrs, (especially in the morning) when i shift into third the gears grind. BUT THIS DOENST HAPPEN WHEN THE ENGINE IS WARM. for about 5-6 shifts this happens. ANY1 HELP??????

Wonder if your shift fork is working on kicking the bucket.
They tend to, and the problem seems to be 3rd gear. Most of the time it is hard to get into gear when the problem exists, but the cold probably brings it out.
