Also have no heat!!

I have a daycare and it has been a VERY cold ride to and from school every morning. Has anyone figured out anything. As some of the others have said I also have back heat but none in the front. Just blows cold air. I also have the red and blue buttons for temp control. ITS COLD HERE in Wisconsin. Any help would be greatlty appreciated!!!!
