Once again i found a blown 94 blazer for 500 bucks. I wanna stick the cyclone motor in, but i can't find one complete with ecu and everything else. Any help would be helpful.

do you mean vortec or the cyclone moter? good luck ever finding a cyclone at a price that you can afford, a 350 would be cheeper then the cyclone swap, or better yet, if you want a turbo'ed dime make one... get the 4.3l you want, then put a turbo on it...
