Need Help.. Rad fan not kickin in

Hey guys!:) i could use ur help once again.. i ahve a 95 neon with a sohc engine in it and the other day it oevr heated after playing around i nticed the rad fan wont kick in so i have already check the fan motor and it is fine i changed the relay..... it is also fine... what else could it be.. i also checked the thermostat..... and it is wroking... please help guys and gals:)

Plugged radiator...Not the right mixture of coolant and water...Try flushing out the radiator and adding a fresh mixture. If that doesn't help, it may be time to replace the radiator.

Tryed that all still not wroking only thing i can think of it to be would be the temp sensor..... can any one tell me how to change this...?

I had a similar problem with my daughters Neon. The shop found out the coolant temp sensor had failed. There is logic in the computer that turns on the fan after reaching 40 mph to help cool things off. No problems after we had this done. If yours only seems to overheat after high speed operation, this may be your issue.
Also, if you turn on the defroster mode, the fan should engage even at idle.
