The truck runs fine. There is a noise coming from the front driver. The brakes and all plates/caliper, guide pins have been replaced. It does it worse in reverse, or while turning at low speed going forward. It's really bad while turning in reverse.

The noise is more of a grind and vibration. Also if you put it in 1, instead of overdrive, and accelerate to about 15-20 mph and let off the accelerator, there is a whine and slight muffled vibration that gets less and less the more you slow down

The grind/vibration may be your front driveshaft. I would check that first. U joints, or if you have the constant velocity joint at the transfer case, they often go bad.
I would fix the front end noise before you try and find the second noise.
