you'll rape him. from a dig. from a roll. hes got no chance. as long as you know how to drive. he's done.

youll smoke him. my 97 fbd only gets beat by one and a half a car length in a rough quarter by a kid who has one in my school.

Then that kid can't drive. Or it isn't an SRT-4.

They are quick. The LS1 car should easily beat it though. Lower 14's stock for those.

They are quick, was messing with one a few weeks ago on the highway. He couldn't lose me. I have a 95 Formula with a few mods. Your LS-1 should be able to take him. He's got 230 hp, and 250 lb/ft of torque, far less than yours. The only advantage he has is a little less weight.

A Subaru WRX STi may be a different story. Any LS1's encounter them yet?

SRT-4's are quick but you are quicker. They run around 14.0 @ 100-102 but I have heard of a few running as fast as 13.7 in stock trim so it might not be a cake walk if he can shift like a madman. With this race you want to go from a dig. The FWD makes those cars bad off the line.

The STI on the other hand is another story. They are good for low 13's just like you. Mainly because of AWD. Those guys can launch like a bat out of hell on street tires so be careful. From a stop you will have your hands full. From a roll should be an easy win. While they hit low 13's they only trap 101-102 stock so it'll be much to your advantage to race from some sort of rolling start.

Be careful and stay safe

sorry guys. my friend has an STi. i dont know if hes good at shiftin cuz i never drove with him..
but he only gets 14's..(the fastest hes run so far) we live in hawaii so elevation got nothin to do with it..he launches at 5K RPM..supposedly the awd system can actually launch it at that high rpm! O_O

where would you get a loudmouth exhaust
SLP or any of their dealers.
I would recommend Magnaflow though.

He can't drive. I have personally seen a few stock STI's run mid 13s with good drivers. Mind you...this is at 5800ft above sea level and an average DA of 8200+ft. Don't get caught with your pants down when an sti lines up next to you.
