Hey Guys Ok Heres Is My Problem. Sometimes When Coming To A Stop My Brake Petal Will Raise Up Like The Abs Is Engaging. Then The Abs Light Comes On The Dash. I Think Its A Sensor. But I Dont Know Which One It Is. Because I Believe There Are Two Sensors That May Cause This Problem. There Is A Wheel Speeb Sensor And An Abs Sensor. Now When The Light Comes On I Have No Abs. So I Guess My Brakes Will Lock Up. Does Anyone Know Which Sensor I Will Need.

You need to have the codes read to see which sensor it is. You have 4 wheel speed sensors. More than likely it is a sensor that is not reading properly. The only problem is you need a scanner that is capable of reading the ABS system. I think the chain stores only read the PCM codes.

Not to step on way2old's toes, just an idea-pull the front & rear rotors off the car & check the abs sensors & rings out visually. You probably have one that's really dirty. Brake cleaner & regular old red shop rags work great to clean them up. Compressed air helps. We clean them in our fleet at every brake pad & rotor swap. If that doesn't do it for you, you'll have to get an ABS capable scanner on it like way2old says.

No problem on the toes. That is good advice to give. If you have a feeler gauge, you can measure the air gap on all of them also. Should be around .040 inch. Thanks BMFer1 for pointing him in the easy direction. :smokin:
