97 sunfire heating

I put mufflers on my car and ever since then it has started heating on me. I thought there was to much restriction so I cut out my catalatic converter. That did not solve the problem. It only heats on me when it is revering at higher rpm's. then when I slow down the temperature goes down. Fan motor is is allways running. And will not bring the temperature down. can u solve my problem

Higher RPMs is gonna raise the temp thats normal.The question is,how long are you reving it?To long isn't good.
