help!!

alright this problem started about a weel ago. when my car sits for awhile it idels real rough. i understand this b/c it is a 85 trans am. now my big problem is when i go to take off it shifts through first gera fine like nothings wrong but as it shifts into 2nd my car will just shift and sit there at 2000 rpms no matter if a floor it. ive been told that i could be the vacum line or i could be me transmission is slipping. guys can you help me out? thanks bye

no not another it is CAMAOR!!! And i would check under the car and make shure that there is no vaccume lines gone and check you torque converter and check to see the bolts are tight.
