An elementary mistake was made at the start of this thread.It is pointless trying to get Auckland tradesmen to work on positive vibes alone.Witness the fact that when it came to the crunch,threats of violence were more effective.The 'carrot and stick' approach works best.

And you hear about stories like this all the time. If you don't have ridiculous lawsuits like this in New Zealand, more power to you.
