2000 silverado, Dash piece....

does anyone know if the 2004 dash piece will fit onto the 2000 dash board. I have a customer that wants to put a double din radio into his 2000 so i need the opening that the 2004 has.

I think you might have to get a set of HVAC controls from the 2004 to go with it, also
