[check Engine Light]---"argh" :(

hello,
my check engine came on today!i drive a 91 crx hf and it was fine up until today. i put an air intake on it yesterday...could that have triggered the check engine light////what should i do? i heard someone before saying that you should unpkug the ecu for 10 minutes after you install an intake..is there any truth to that>?>??thanks guys!

Pull the hazard fuse for 10 sec and then plug it in and restart the car. If the check engine light goes away you're fine.

I never reset my ECU after installing my intake, didn't have a problem. Even after installing headers and exhaust... I'd say it's probably something else (maybe you bumped something while you were installing it, or maybe it's completely unrelated).

just look at the ecu and find out how many blinks its throwing off, then we can tell ya exactly.
the ecu for your car is located underneath the footwell and carpet of the passanger side.
