power steering leak

power steering leak 1988 honda prelude 2.0 si. does not appear to leak at power steering pump. fluid is found around resevoir and some gets on bottom of hood. i have tied a rag areound resevoir cap but did not appear to leak the hoses around resevoir aare u8sually wet.
