supercharger

i have a 99 gtp with 100,000 miles. i just put a rebuilt supercharger on but it will give no boost when i give it the gas on take off. at higher rpms i can hear the supercharger running but the gage only shows about half boost. i would appreciate any help or suggestions on what might be or is wrong.

Are you sure the boost bypass vacuum lines are on correctly. Plus are you using an undersize SC pulley or the stock 3.8?
