I would like to know who has an air horn, how much was the air horn, and how do you like your air horn. I am thinking about installing one, and I would like some info before I do it.

We sell a kit that includes the horns, solenoid, switch, hose and wiring for 149.00 but since we deal in air suspension, we assume that you already have the air tank and compressor. This is sold separately.

I can tell you that these are LOUD AS HECK. A coworker has them on his Honda and everytime he sees me out of my truck and honks, it makes me jump out of my skin. One of my horns is out and I'm thinking of adding this. I already have 175 psi on-board air. I've heard of sledders using them on their machines because it's the only way to get another sledder's attention.

Go to www.hornblasters.com they have some good stuff there as well. I have a set of 78' Buick Park Avenue Horns on mine along with the Factory Driver side one as the passenger side one was worn out. It's loud it almost sounds like a Caddy Fleetwood. Very attention getting.
My Wife's Subaru came with just a lousy little horn so I installed a set of the "Italian Car" air horns. It just has a compressor that when powered blows enough air to set the horns off. That's loud too and it sounds kinda cool too...
The bonus about both of these setups is that I didn't have to add any extra wiring just used the Factory horn wiring and relay and there is plenty of jam for both setups...
Let me know if you want me to record them for yah? I could hook up a mic and try and record them if your interested???

This thread got me talked into adding the Hadley air horns, as one of my horns was dead anyway. I already have a 175 psi compressed air system with a 5 gallon air tank and twin compressors so adding the horn was easy. If my truck were older, I would have stuck 'em right on the roof with a pull cord like the big trucks, but I put these right behind the front bumper. 133db with a range of 1 mile.
Makes my wife cuss at me every time!
