Does anyone know how to remove the heater core on a 1993 Dodge caravan?

Does anyone know how to remove the heater core on a 1993 Dodge caravan?
Yes. I have a 1994 and had the heater core replaced. The entire dash, everything between the seats and the firewall has to come out and the heater core and airconditioning rad are in pockets that you can only get to by taking the whole lot out. The garage called be in to look at the leaky airconditioning rad and I was shocked to see only the seats, the steering column laying on the driver's seat and the firewall and windshield. All the dash was outside the car on the floor. Total bill for the heater core and airconditioning rad etc was $2000 Canadian.
