Squeaky Struts

About 15,000 miles ago(180,000), I had Sears replace my stock struts, with a set of monroe sensa-trac struts.
Now,at 196,000, I have noticed the struts in the rear have started to sqeak. They still ride firm, but the sqeak is annoyoing.
Is their anything I can do to stop the sqeaking, other than replace them?BTW-just started sqeaking when weather became cold. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Check the stabilizer bushings. (Cheap & easy!!)

Stabilizer bushings are the same as sway bar bushings, Right?
I've already replaced those, if so. Sway bar bushings made a chunking sound, so i replaced them about 20,000 miles back. If these are the same thing, thats not the problem.

Remove yor wheel, try to reach the polymer damper that surrounding the strut's shaft. Once you find it try to move down that polymer part. I found in the past, some rubber coming from the rubber boots surronding the struts. Of course the spring migt be in your way but this is feasible.
If your rear suspension is making some loose noise when you hit some bumps, check your sway bar, this bar can br loose on the rubber grommets. By installing some electrical tape to beffed up the diametre of the bar at the grommet location. That worked pretty well.
