1994 gmc 2500 questions

Hi everyone, Ive got a 1994 gmc 2500 ext cab 4x4 that I just picked up for a work truck and I cant figure out for the life of me how to set the clock, Its got all the buttons right by the right hand and the tape player over further in the dash, if that helps explain what system it is.
Id also like to do a few little things to it to get a bit more power, Ive got a fairly heavy trailer that I pull with it and man does the truck hurt when I pull it around. Maybe its just a old truck thats running on its last legs,

With key on, press set button, then press button that switches between clock and radio station number (sorry cannot remember what the button says on it), then use the scan and seek buttons to change the time. If I rembember right the top button is the hour and bottom of the two is the min.
