Has anyone else had a problem of the glass in the extend cab doors actually seperating from the rubber surround??? I did and it would cause all kinds of wind noise as I was driving and I was afraid the glass was going to fall/blow out. After a trip to Binzwanger Glass they told me that it was going to be over $400 dollars a side to fix it...meaning new windows installed. So instead I used a little bit of clear rtv silicone and fixed the problem for good. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem. The guy at Binzwanger Glass said he had not ever seen that happen before.

I had one of my windows replaced under warranty due to excessive wind noise. Actually, it was the one in the rear you can see in my sig

I've got an extended cab and I've never had any problems with mine, although there are only 25,000 miles on my truck. A buddy of mine, however, has a 2003 and gets a lot of wind noise through his extended cab window seals. Apparently a pretty widespread problem.

When the dealer replaced mine, he said ithe problem was due to someone not letting the adhesive dry enough before latching it. I was instructed to let mine dry for at least 24 hours before latching it. I did just that, and no more problems
