what type of oil should i go with?

what type of oil should i go with?
Any good brand, synthetic 5w/40(castrol syntec,valvoline supersyn, amsoil etc..) or BMW original brand oil 5w/30 -avilable at any dealership.
Make sure that oil you are gonna to use meet ACEA A3/B3 specification (read back label on the oil bottle)

the reason why i posted this subject is cuz i dunno if i should go with full synthetic or a half synthetic one.
if its only synthetic that i should put in,then how many kilometers should i make on it,same 5,000?

With a good synthetic 12000km or 1 year whichever comes first.
