Turn Signal Problem

I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan. The problem is, when I turn on my Right Turn Signal it's fine, but when I turn on my Left Turn Signal both Left and Right start flashing, (it's like the hazards being on). Has anyone faced a similar problem, or have a solution?

Some Chevy Blazers have had simular problems, they are under recall for faulty hazard flasher switches.

Change the hazard relay
