How to remove 1996 S320 window panel

Can someone please help me on how to remove the rear window panel on my S320. As far as I can see, I haved removed all the screws and clips that attached the panel.

There is a window removing kit that some auto stores do carry.. Like auto zone, napa, pep boys, ect.. It is basically a very thin piece of wire cutting steel, that you slide between the window seal, and then you have to cut it out..
