I've been thinking bout swapping out my 305tpi for a LT1 i've seen the ls1 conversion but you have to change so much. If i went lt1 what all fuel system and etc. mods would need to be done? What i'm considering is a lt1 turbo or twin turbo in my 91 z28 for drag strip.

if you have a 350 TPI then I suggest keeping it and just building that up. if you have the 305, than yea, go for the LT1.
As far as I know, you'll need the complete LT1 from the oil pan to the intake manifold, and the PCM. There's also the dakota digital box which allows for the speedometer to operate correctly. I suggest dropping a pm to drvingstorm05, he just recently completed an LT1 swap into his 91-92 RS.

you don't need an lt1 tranny, if you have a t5 then i strongly would recommend you put in an t56 off of an lt1 car. but if you have an automatic, then it doesn't make a difference
