i need these and fast for a 97 2.2

head bolt toques

valve adjustments/the specs (my dads doing the job)i dont know name

please help me its already snowing and i have to get this running so i dont have to walk to school on monday and i need to get a job

HEAD BOLTS: Main bolts (1-10) 22ft lbs. plus additional 155 degrees
Front bolts (11-14) 25 ft. lbs.

CAMSHAFT BEARING CAP: Intake camshaft rear cap bolts 19 ft lbs
Others 89 IN lbs.
CAMSHAFT SPROCKET: 63 ft lbs. plus additional 30 degrees
