Well i'm thinking about buying an 1989 honda civic hatch for 500.
only problem is that the oil preassure is too low. They think its the oil pump.
Just so happens that i have a 1990 honda civic hatch at my house that my cousin got in an accident with. (The front allignment is really messed up)

So how much would oil pumps cost?
Should I buy the hatch for 500 and replace any issues with the other hatch?

Depends on overall condition. Is the body straight and rust-free? Is the interior in good condition? If yes, than I'd probably get it, otherwise you'd have to seriously think about what you're plans for it are, and what you're going to be doing with the car.
