2001 olds intrigue

i've had my intrigue for 2 years now so far its been a good car other than some minor problems. the shifter knob broke 45 days after we bought it and now the drivers side power seat does not move forward or back ward but it moves up and down. does anyone think it can be the switch or a fuse or relay thank you

It could very easily be a fuse or the switch. You might want to check out the Intrigue forum to see if anyone else has had this problem before seeings how you posted this in the pickup section.
