94 Voyager Radio Problem

Hi Everyone
I'm having a problem with the radio in my Voyager. The radio just does not work - no clock no nothing! It was working fine until I decided the car needed a new rotor and distributor cap. I've checked the radio fuse under the dash and have tried removing the battery ground cable for a couple of minutes. Still no go. Sometimes I will notice a single small bar light up in the radios display like the LED/LCD's are trying to come up, but that’s it. Any suggestions as to what I should check out next?
