Rough Take Offs

I Have An 01' W/a 2.3l, 5-speed. I Am Having Rough Take Offs At Lights And When In 2,3,4,5, Gear When I Step On The Gas It Kind Of Hesitates. When I Shift To The Next Gear As Long As I Am Easy On The Gas It Doesn't Jump Or Hesitate. 2 Months Ago I Had A Tune Up Done. I Just Had The Catalytic Conv. Replaced. This Morning I Replaced The Plugs. I Am Still Getting The Hesitation. Help Please

Does the truck idle ok? If you mash on the gas while driving...does it act ok? Does it just do the hesistant jerk when you give it normal gas to drive?

Stomp on that sumbitch and dump the clutch and see what it does. If it still hesitates when you rev it up you might be having some kind of fuel injection problem.

It idle's rough as well. If I mash on the gas while still it just kind of chokes a sec then revs regularly. If Im driving and mash on the gas it feels as though it is coughing to catch up with the gas that it is being given and it stutters and shakes some. Don't know. Cleaned the MAF sensor this morning and it still is acting up.
