sub-frame

My '98 Taurus slid onto a stump, pushing the sub-frame back about 4 inches. Limited insurance suggests I do little except try pulling the sub-frame back out into place and then replacing the radiator etc. that was damaged sliding in. I know if this works, the tires will wear faster. any other concerns?
