99 Explorer Transfer case

I have a 99 Eddie Bauer Explorer with a electronic transfer case.

This morning I got up and left for work, stopped for gas( i didnt notice when i started) But it was stuck in 4X4 Low.

Is there a fuse I can unplug, or can i disconnect the transfer case to get it out of low? I dont know if it is just frozen or if something actually happened.

Does anyone know if there is anything i can try?
