I have a 2001 buick regal LS it has digital dual climate control. today at work the blower stopped blowing. No noise no warning, just wouldn't work when I turned it on at break. It worked on my way to work, then 2 hours later it didn't. The Climate controller says the fan is on, but it doesn't come on at all. Is there a relay somewhere? Any other suggestions?

Have you tried taking it out of AUTO mode and tried manually controlling the fan to see if you have any fan speeds?

The fan is controlled by the climate control processor based on the mode settings. Unlike manual systems the HVAC head unit sends commands to a blower motor control module which in turn controls the fan. Both module and fan are located under the passenger side of the dash. You'll need to remove the kickpanel first.

Yes I tried that nothing works. I pulled the blower and bench tested it. It works fine so I rigged a switch. How much do those blower controllers cost?

The AC Delco part number is 15-8756. Called Blower Motor Control Module. I recall the GM list price was well over $100.00 in contrast to Regals with manual HVAC which have a blower motor resistor costing around $30 - $50.
