Electrical Problems 87 2.8tbi 4x4 ECMB fuse

Since i replaced the fuel filter it has made quite a diff. but now my ecmB fuse blew a few times while on highway it happened a few times when i 1st got it but didnt bother. I been tearing up the wiring & trying to find out what goes were & what it could be bought service manual but hasnt came in yet... ECMB blows & im also missing wires for Oil Pressure Sender& switch the relay for it there the brown(has power) black (ground) & a tan which came from fuse to outside vehicle & thats for oil gauge THEY WERE ALL LOOSE & HAD NOTHING CONNECTED BUT ITS NOT CAUSING ANYTHING FOR THAT FUSE TO BLOW ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO

any chance my pcm is bad?
also i had a vss code pop up 1wk ago what is the purpose of it i have cable drivin speedo & it plugs in next to the cluster should it be replaced??
