If it were me I'd be looking at the front control module. I can't offer any insite as to how to check it other that swap it out. I'm not sure how much they run....sorry I can't do better. The FCM supplies the ground to complete the circuit of the items you listed and is also tied into the ignition. That's my best guess and it's only a guess right now. Let us know how you make out. And spelling and grammer is not a pre-requisite as long as you get your point across. Ignore the critics. This is not an english 101 forum.

Chrysler engeneering say to replace the wiring harness for this problem but if you know some about
electrical it could be repaired for about $20 bucks but need to do a little wiring under the PDC

hey imur40 what you have to do is monitor yellow wire going from pdc to trans controller this wire comes from starter relay and gives 12volts on a crank only then should go to 0v after releasing key if this wire has a voltage migration after releasing the key and volts go to 2-3-4 volts the front controller will shut the acessorie relay wich controls your options in question what i do is add a bulb and diode on this wire to bleed any voltage migration after start up let me know if you want to continue or if this is getting too complex i dont know how strong in electrical you are

hey ithunder
i understand what your saying but before you go on explaining your fix just let me give you a little more information so that we know that we are on the same page
i checked the ground trigger in the pdc for the front blower relay and the accessory relay(the ground that comes from the front control module)and with the van not running the ground is a steady signal then when you start the van up the signal becomes erratic
if this is what your fix resolves then please go on with your explanation
ie.where ,how and what parts i need to fix this van
thanks ithunder

yes imur40 this is exactly the problem i am a Chrysler tech and for 30 years and electrical is my specialty so i have seen alot and have developed many fixes also and this is one that i developed and it works excellent so if your interested you will need to purchase a 12v lamp of some kind i installed a license plate lamp assy with a lens to keep the bulb dry and cannot touch the bulb also and you must install one wire to a good clean ground and the feed or 12v and diode must go to this yellow wire this is the problem to find the proper yellow wire on the pdc you have to figure out wich is connector 3 and then pin3 should be a solid yellow wire or at the trans controller pin#8 should be solid yellow and you must verify this by checking voltage on a crank only once you find the wire that could be accessed at the lower part of pdc or at the trans controller then you add the feed wire and diode on there now the diode must be installed properly or this wont work at all diode only allows power one way so make sure the lamp lights up on a crank or it wont work it is fairly simple and it works or replace the complete harness
worth about $2500 -$3000 plus labour must gut the vehicle make sure you get the proper wire though as there are many wires under there and lots are yellow but its doable with an ohmmeter and tcm disconnected

Well I'm the one who started this tread .Here's my on going story I brought my van to the dealer they said it was the body ground mod cost me 700.00 to change worked fine for 2 days and came back so i brought it back they said they fix some wires in the harness fine for 3 day and more problems came the dash board was lighting up like a freakin' X-mas tree brought it back again this time deales says its an unrelated problem cost 20.00 they fixed a wire and we can on longer work on the vehcile unless you pay its not covered in the past work the problem is the engine harness is coroded and has to be changed. so i decide to wait it out cause it only seemed to act up when there was snow or rain but today (AND I'M PRETTYSURE ITS RELATED ) it would not start so towed it it the guy who fixes my work truck turns out the relay box next to the battery is now fried my guess is maybe the harness shorted it out but now I'm looking at another 350.00 plus labor plus 15% tax plus the harness plus the 700.00 i already paid for thr BGM this is crazy the van is only 4 years old and if this is happening to others why no recall and do I have any recourse against the dealer who changed the BGM that probably didn't need to be changed. Again since the last repair it only seems to act up when it gets wet so now I'm thinking maybe the harness wasn't sealed properly after they opened it up
