Door fricken Panel

I need to get the inside door panel off to fix my inner door latch. I cant get this thing off without breaking stuff does anyone have some simple steps for me to get this off. Besides pull the white clips off. I know that. i need to know. Thanks. 95-98 are all the same.

Roll your window down and look with a light to view the backside of the latch down in the door, release the hook by the rod attaching to it(Pulling up) or with a screwdriver or long non bendable rod...it has a strong spring on it, don't disable or damage the spring...(if you do, it will not release) The latch WILL release this way, but its better than tearing up the panel, and is the way we do it.
