upgrade suggestions?

well first off I was wondering which exuast system should I go with, a TFX pacesetter kat back system ($200) or a dynomax super turbo kat back($100)? i cant seem to find any other options for my truck.

secondly will the K&N intake KNN-57-3028 for my 89 4.3 make much more of an improvment over the filter alone?

and is there anything else that i would need to buy when buying a MSD blaster coil?
