My 2001 zx2's engine is shot. I have an old 96 LX that needs a new clutch. How hard is this going to be to change?

If you have any doubts about doing it, don't. The axles have to be pulled. The engine has to be supported because all the mounts but for 1, are on the transmission. It is a very tight job to pull the transmission to get to the clutch. I've noticed other threads about the cost of changing the transmission and that would be about the charge for labor to put in a clutch. $350-500. And then an OEM clutch would run you about $150. It's a lot of work and a lot of cussin' to get that tranny out. Have somebody do it for you.
